Yes, our products are include warranty, for small quantity, replacement can be negotiated, for large quantity, we need them back for check and find out problem, then offer best solution.

We accept ,  West Union and TT, and additional fee are different.

Payment can support Master Card.

West Union: No Additional fee

TT: Every payment 20USD additional fee.
 

3. Do you support logo printing and new product development.

Yes, we have professionla R&D team, Industrial Design Team and manufature ability, we are willing to do more deep cooperation with clients.
 

4. Do you offer samples?

Yes, sample is supported,  but we do not support free sample, please understand. For further cooperation, we will deduct the fee for sample and offer new product with orders.
