1.The capacity of memory products are usually calculate according to 1MB=1000KB,1GB=1000MB.But the operating system calculate by Binary Method.

8GB is about 7.4GB-7.6GB;16GB is about 14-15GB;

32GB is about 28GB-30GB;

64GB is about 58GB-60GB.

Yes, our products are include warranty, for small quantity, replacement can be negotiated, for large quantity, we need them back for check and find out problem, then offer best solution.
